Here is an extremely rare, compact disc test copy of Early Days Volume 1 & Latter Days Volume 2, from the vaults of WEA Warner Music – Atlantic Recordings Group, UK.
Test copies, similar to test pressings for LPs, would be used to sample the recording and make sure sound is appropriate before mass duplication.
