This is the first pressing. What is unusual about this record is that it comes with an insert which translates as “Application form for insert” for the “Led Zeppelin V” LP (you can see the two Roman numeral Vs in the top and bottom lines of text). It appears that the LP was issued before the inserts were ready and that a buyer could send off for the insert when they were available. I’ve never seen another copy of this one.
