This Canadian promotional compact disc for How The West Was Won includes the release notes.
The small difference between the USA version and the Canadian version is the inside cover of the Canadian version has “For Promotional Use Only, Not For Sale” written in italics, while the USA version is not in italics. Also, the back cover of the Canadian version references Canada.
How The West Was Won and Led Zeppelin DVD were released simultaneously on May 27, 2003.
