Polish flexidisc music, commonly known as pocztówka dźwiękowa (“sound postcards”), were thin, flexible vinyl records laminated onto illustrated postcards that became popular in Poland from the 1960s through the 1980s. Combining music and visual art, these inexpensive records often featured colorful imagery alongside playable audio grooves pressed directly into the postcard surface.

During the communist era, sound postcards became a creative way to circulate both Polish and Western pop and rock music, much of which was otherwise difficult to obtain behind the Iron Curtain. Today, they remain highly collectible for their unique format, cultural significance, and distinctive Cold War-era design.
