This is a WEA telex dated December 4, 1980, distributed to all promotional staff regarding the official press release announcing the disbandment of Led Zeppelin.
The following day, on December 5, 1980, the telex was mailed from WEA’s Florida branch to the Music Department of the Treasury Department Store.
