This promo was explicitly created for the Chicago radio station WMET. This release comes with an exclusive insert that includes the four letters in the top windows with the call letters WMET, a radio station that started on December 1st, 1976, and lasted until the mid-1980s. The insert is visible through the front windows of the album cover and provides different images than the released version. The record is identical to an original first pressing of Physical Graffiti in every other aspect.
