In the ’80s, cassettes were manufactured in Germany for European distribution, including France and the UK.

We are listing the origin of these cassettes as being from Germany. Since this is where they were made, cassettes may  say “manufactured in Germany for distribution in Germany and France” or “Made in Germany for WEA UK.”
