From Brazil, this is a promotional in-store inflatable blimp used for advertising the release of Remasters.

During this time, releases from Brazil promoting the 30th anniversary of Led Zeppelin included this round purple logo.

For some reason, this blimp does not provide any flaps with holes for hanging.
